Construction Site Security Orlando is a trading name used by Nexus Security Firm, a security agency licensed by the State of Florida under license B 1900066. These terms cover your use of this website. They do not set the terms of any security services.

You agree to use these pages lawfully, and not to interfere with them, harvest them at volume, or try to reach anything that is not public. You also agree that what you enter in the request form is accurate, since a proposal built on wrong details helps neither side.

Security services are governed by a separate written service agreement signed before any officer is posted. That agreement sets the scope, the hours, the rates, the insurance position and the liability terms for the work. Nothing written on this website forms part of it, varies it, or creates a contract for services on its own.

The material here is published for general information. Rates, staffing patterns, code references and response practices differ by property, by post and over time, so nothing on this website is a quote, a legal opinion, or a warranty about a result at a particular site.

The agency license number printed on every page here, B 1900066, is a public record. The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services runs a license search anyone can use to confirm it, and to check that an individual officer holds a current Class "D" or Class "G" license. Confirming a license before work starts is sound practice with any security vendor.
